JENNIFER ANISTON - WITH ALL DUE RESPECT
We have a new name and we are very excited about the changes to The Koolest Women. Why the “make-over”? Well, we realized that we wanted all women, not just those who are parents, to be a part of our circle. Whether we have kids or not, we all share the interest in finding what makes us feel confident, relevant and chic as we get older and wiser. This desire is not exclusive to moms and we know that embracing this new stage of our life together will make it so much better.
We are #strongertogether.
If you follow your celebrity gossip (no shame here), you may have read a recent interview in InStyle with our style crush Jennifer Aniston - titled “Jennifer Aniston is doing just fine”. We know the press loves to obsess on her love life (or lack thereof) and her baby bump (or lack thereof). For whatever reason, she has chosen not to have children. She is a woman of power and means, so presumably if she wanted to have kids, she would have. So, what did Miss Aniston say that impressed us so much?
“There is a pressure on women to be mothers, and if they are not, then they’re deemed damaged goods. Maybe my purpose on this planet isn’t to procreate. Maybe I have other things I’m supposed to do.”
We salute her and however she chooses to live her life.
We also salute her style and can’t get enough of her simple, yet chic look – it’s power dressing to the core.
(And, watch this video showing the prep for the cover shoot. Can you imagine having someone so invested in your hair?)
